We provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, complex trauma, family conflict, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and self-esteem challenges. Our work is grounded in evidence-based care while remaining compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Natalie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri. She is also a Registered Art Therapist (ATR), integrating traditional talk therapy with creative and expressive modalities to support insight, emotional processing, and healing.
Natalie has advanced training in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Social Anxiety Disorder, utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in combination with mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build resilience, reduce avoidance, and reconnect with what matters most.

We currently accept the following California insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Magellan, and Quest Behavioral Health.
Private-pay sessions are also available at $200 per hour.
